PARTIAL ENVELOPE WITH SEVERAL UNITED STATES POSTAGE STAMPS ABOUT ISLAMIC CELEBRATION OF EID AND INK POSTMARK ON IT
Five stamps and part of the envelope that shows some of the ink postmarks. Cut out of a bubble mailer. So there are unpoped plastic bubble wrap attached to the back of the envelope. I did not want to risk separating the stamps from the envelope.
17 cent stamp with the drawing of a ram in blue tones against a grey and turquoise backdrop on it. Rams are common sacrificial animals that are sacrificed during the Eid according to Islamic practices.
41 cent stamp with stylized Arabic writing (which itself is a common art form in Islamic countries) that states "Mubarak Eid" (congratulation of the holidays).
The red ink postmark are from Lumberton Station dated November 5, 2007.
